GRAND BS AIRPORT HOTEL SUVARNABHUMI, Bangkok

After travelling from Australia for more than 10 hours, this hotel was perfect for our first night in Bangkok. We had a family room booked that offered plenty of space for everyone, and the bonus of having two bathrooms was fantastic. The price was absolutely amazing, and the added advantage of the free shuttle service from the airport was a lifesaver.

I had a poolside room with a view of the pool. The pool itself was excellent and very clean, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. It was quite popular with families, which added to the cheerful atmosphere. Though I didn't get much time to lounge around, the pool area seemed inviting and well-maintained.

While the breakfast was served in the rooms, I appreciated having the opportunity to host a quick meal in the comfort of my private space. The restaurant menu was also conveniently available in the rooms, allowing for easy ordering when I felt like having lunch or dinner. The food I tried was tasty and satisfying.

The television setup was decent, allowing me to unwind after a long day. While there were a few complaints about reception, I found that there were sufficient channels to keep me entertained during my brief stay. It was a nice way to relax and catch up on what I missed.
